as far as i know, although there is an airfield at margate, there is no training school there.
i did my ppl training with virginia flight school
www.vfs.co.za +27 31 5632080, based at virginia airport just north of durban (about an hours drive from port shepstone). their fleet was mainly cessna's, but i think now they also have a PA28.
