To be honest, I wouldnt say that. I have been working on contract for them for 3y and conditions were pretty good. With roster of 20/10, we usually got about 16-18 duty days. You got your roster published with fixed schedule 20/10. As you all know, this is not really fixed in airlines, especially in summer, when you have a lot of duty/FDP issues. Company paid for the CRJ typerating, paid for the proceedings, all costs (even airport car parking, laundry) and hotels. In 2018 there were opportunities of additional income thru FDO (fly during day off) and of course per diems.. When the pandemic came, company was still providing monthly payment till the end of the contract... Luckily, no bad apples, like Wizz guys There was a lot of pain when nordica started. However it became a mature and well organized company..
