Basically the airline industry has turned into what the helicopter industry has been like for years
ie..
a) if you can afford to drop £120,000 on your training, and...
b) you are young (ie under 30), and...
c) you can afford to "wait it out", and...
d) be prepared to move anywhere, and
e) you can put up with anything....
... then you might have a career.
