Apparently what the contract says and how the work is
when the times are good could be 2 different things providing quite a lot of leverage to the company.

My friends in Italy say it does exactly that and it's better than mine. Hopefully, it's not just rose-tinted view or at least they'd be allowed to wear the spectacles in the long run (and the company pays for them).
