Once again, I can confirm the contract in Italy does exactly that and it's quite good. Those that I know in Spain are happy as well. I can understand some prejudice against them, but in Western Europe the terms and conditions aren't bad and the 5-4 roster is probably the best work-life balance one can find in this industry in the short haul segment.
