Everyone should realize that the ME3 would be all locals if they could . Some will claim it will never happen but as a result of covid the increase in flights is going to be some time allowing all 3 to continue to produce their own . I flew with a local a few years ago who was involved in the national cadet program . The aim was for the ability to produce 400 / year. Do the math and expat reguired numbers would slowly decrease. Possibly only trainers and fleet management in order to have a scapegoat.
