In February, you posted you had converted from UKCAA to IAA, and now you are (permanently) going back to CAA? Surely just downloading the UK validation of the EASA IAA licence would be preferable? Are any UK employers insisting on conversion to a UK licence? I think I would decline the job offer if they did, at least until there is some clarity on mutual recognition. I was offered a job before Brexit with a UK operator and asked them if I would need to convert to CAA, and they said "God, no - hold fire on that"!
