Yes Vote
The high yes vote was partly due to FWC statement but also due to the agreement being reasonable when all things considered.
The end result became reasonable with added protections and clauses throughout, including the much wanted improvement for trip protections.
Total roster hours increasing only 4 hours (1 hour a week) with overtime structure changes.
Pay freeze for one year with 2% increase after this with a 2 year agreement.
Not the best result but not a bad result also and many crew surprised it wasn't as bad as original no vote. Despite some losses, but decent still when compared with Qantas (especially new hires), Jetstar Rex conditions.
