Have any regionals actually confirmed they will take on Australians again out of interest? yet to hear anything confirmed or advertised. Perhaps still far too early for that to happen.
My thoughts exactly regarding Skywest. Hence thought it odd advice to send them an application at the moment.

Nothing is confirmed or advertised, but have been told directly by recruiters from both Go Jet and Commute that they do have plans to restart the program.

Current issues include the logistics of running it as they are still ramping up capabilities as things recover. And also they need to demonstrate a need to the government to apply for E3 VISAs and at the moment there are still unemployed local pilots to hire.

But they foresee supply running short over the next few months, which will give them grounds to apply for E3 VISAs.
