Quadrant Group Limited (Quadrant) announces on 31 March 2021 the sale of Quadrant Systems Limited (QSL) to Air One Aviation Limited, UK. The pilot training Approved Training Organisation, Quadrant Pilot, and the 4 bay Full Flight Simulator facility with QSL’s simulators are the core element of the transfer of business. The remaining engineering and manufacturing business formerly in QSL will be retained by the Quadrant Group within a new company, called Quadrant Simulation Systems Limited.
Air One Aviation Limited is acquiring Quadrant Systems Limited. With this acquisition and further acquisition of Pier Seven Aviation FZC (which is also on final stages of completion) Air One Aviation, Pier Seven Aviation & Quadrant Systems Limited together will have 6 simulators namely B737 NG, B737 CL, B747-400, B757 200 and two A320s.
