capable of doing the job at the time,but didn’t get the gig.
Strategic had the gig, and coincidentally dry leased a Hi-Fly aircraft to operate the route until they sourced their own A330. They then tried to be an airline too, went broke, and now Adagold does it with a wet leased Hi-Fly aircraft.
