Very quiet Swiss King Air 200 doing N/S survey runs over London at 12000' - sure he was doing the same last summer - did they get the exposures wrong?

Operating over Antwerp...

Speaking of surveys - there is a Danish P-68 doing N/S runs at <1000' over the Bristol Channel to the west of Lundy... what can he be surveying?
