I know someone that flies for them and they say its different faces but same corporate shtick... There are definately worse employers out there though, some much worse and nobody is holding a gun to your head to work for Vista... Like everywhere it suits some and not others. To be fair though, it is tricky to make a worthwhile profit with their business model. Probably have to fly each and every aircraft for close to 500 chargeable hours per year just to break even (depreciation, back office costs etc on top of the DOC), not as easy as it sounds in the very limited marketplace this industry serves.
