I suspect that Livemail was an online system.
Sorry it wasn't it goes back to the early days before everything migrated to the web.
Most decent providers offer a relay service and the BT one has worked fine - the emails go to BT who shove them up the line. It's just that now that LM is defunct on my system I have to find a work-round in Outlook.
I've been able to move a lot of stuff across with a couple of relatively cheap programs from SysTools - Outlook didn't like the csv input for addresses - prefers vcf but only does one at a time (unbelievable!!!) - SysTools did 3800 vcf straight into Outlook in 20 minutes....
