Globocnik
Of course there's a ring of truth albeit sarcastically. Chek Lap Kok is the deadest airport in the world, by far, when compared to pre-COVId traffic. ChiComm has happily let HK absorb ridiculous improvement costs and stand back laughing while it's not being used anywhere near capacity. What exactly does HK offer that results in more traffic in the future? There's almost no reason anymore to use HK for much of anything except locals coming and going. Maybe a wee bit of freight, nothing more. The old saying of flying a "Cargo Plane Full of Rubber Dog
out of Hong Kong" is much closer to the truth as ever.
