I was also reminded of another excellent and relevant book when moving a pile of recently read tomes last night:

My copy has now been recycled - to the "waiting to be read" pile, and hopefully by the time I've read it again, my bookshelves will be back up to provide a more fitting home than the top of a chest of drawers...
