But there is no need to have a licence reissued just to remove 'EASA' from the cover. Those licenses with EASA on the cover are deemed a UK FCL licence for its life.
The trouble is that those who 'SOLI'd don't have a UK licence any more, as they had to hand them in to get the EASA one issued.
