The best way to do that would be to use historic winds if you know the month of the proposed flight and its outside the 36 hour current winds 'window'.
Winds aloft 0 and 0 ISA will generate what is in effect a still air plan, which is unrealistic for both burn, payload and timings. Historic winds will always give you a more realistic average.
