It's a company requirement and the company won't arrange a checkride for you ? And the facility where you've been training can't arrange an examiner ?

I can only suggest you find those headquarters cities where US carriers who fly the B787 are located and call their training people for a recommendation. A bit of a longshot.

Or, call Boeing training people in KSEA...or thereabouts. They must have or know someone who can help you.
