As an aside, my wife's small bear is not only armed, but is Para -qualified ,with the requisite number of jumps day and night.
This during a rather alcoholic large family holiday involving balconies. One son-in-law made an excellent bear-bearing parachute. One landing was involuntarily into water.
Eustace the bear, now honourably retired, sometimes acts as if he has PTSD
Leuchars Brake Para Section had this gentlewomble in the 70's. He also had a trip to Malta, and Gardermoen. Where he flew in a Phantom - lucky Bearger. Had a back parachute and a front reserve chute. :-D
