Well done, Dora-9 - it is indeed RAAF Crawley Bay /Pelican Point, starting point of the 3500nm Double Sunrise flights to Ceylon. As a sad footnote, the 4 Catalinas used were unceremoniously flown out to Rottnest Island and sunk in order to avoid payment to the U.S.A. under the terms of Lend Lease.
