Considering this ‘drivel’ is coming from experienced pilots, many of whom work/have worked for Ryanair, there are perhaps a few things which have changed with this new scheme you should consider.
Why are Ryanair suddenly outsourcing their type ratings? For years they were churning out upto 1000 cadets a year (yes really) in their own training centres with their own TRIs. Why would they now want these type ratings to not be associated with Ryanair?
Why do they now say that you are signing ONLY a fixed term ‘training contract’ when this wasn’t the case previously?
Why do they now say they’re not responsible for funding/renewing your LPC if there is no work available after your training contract finishes?
