That's all well and good Glen, but they are only
expectations of the so-called Minister that in his belief,
things will happen or be the case in the future.
There is nothing in the Statement that defines any measures (KPIs if you like) to provide assurance that the expectations can, have, or will be met.
Given the Minister involved, that should come as no surprise I don't think.
