And A/C on the landing RW is a minor problem but hey it happens. Tell that to PAX and they will "freak out".
No one freaked out on the Delta L1011 that I was aboard when the pilot announced we were going around due to an aircraft on the runway. Was I a bit more concerned? Yes. Freaked out? No. Nor was anyone else, as far as I could tell.
