What I don't understand is why many MCC/JOC and APS providers are posting on LinkedIn : "Congrats to XXX on being hired by Ryanair etc..." when we all know that there is no contract between students and Ryanair but AFA Type Rating contract... (+ Blue Sky Aviation).
Even the pilot recruitment manager himself is reposting !
Did I miss something ?
