Because I care about protecting our Industry, rights, working conditions and the welfare of those entering it. I'm a professional pilot, i've put in the hard work, i'm well trained and I have self worth. I therefore would be reluctant to pay 30k to accept being paid less than i would at Maccys for flying commercial airliners, particularly when the majority of airliners are grounded until further notice and my earnings depended on how many hours i flew.
It's called perspective.
The guys who finished TR before Covid were here all not so long ago with the same rhetoric... they have since been made redundant. This isn't dissimilar to the P2F schemes we saw not so long ago, they're definitely trying their best!
Again, it's called perspective.
