I'm with Brain Fade on this one, having flown many times with Ryanair, I've never yet had a flight depart on schedule. The final straw came several weeks ago, when our flight from SNN to STN was cancelled and we were dumped at SNN with our 4 month old baby and no assistance offered, except the advice "Come back tomorrow, read the small print on our booking conditions, and you'll see we're not obliged to do anything for you.". .I disagree with the "You get what you pay for" lobby...Ryanair were prepared to sell us the seats for GBP120 each (plus of course GBP10 for the infant) so in return I expect them to provide the bare minimum of at least trying to get us to our destination the same day.. .The reason that relatively few complaints are formally registered is that most people are now aware that there is no Customer Service department at FR, so why waste time writing a letter that nobody will take any notice of.. .I prefer to vote with my feet, and despite the normally charming crew, will not fly Ryanair again. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="mad.gif" />
