I feel your pain.
But its your job.
That’s what you’re paid for.
When you do your flight planning , pre-flight briefing etc. and line up on the runway and press TOGA you should have a pretty comprehensive mental image of what you are going to do.
And be confident about it.
If you don’t you are in the wrong game.
