I have flown Ryanair many times and have no complaints...so far. I think the majority of complaints arise out of one incidence in Paris...there was a big uproar in the media here. . .. .I don't like the chairmans attitude; when times ain't so good it will get him,but for now,as a passanger...I don't see anyone has any complaint at the fares they charge..if you expect anything more than a seat your are an dreaming. Also, they have no shortage of staff willing to work for them.. .. .I must finish by saying that of all the low cost airlines I like and respect O most of all.
