Chokdee 2-3 Year well paid contracts would suit those say around 56/57 years old who would like a short term change, but only with the right kind of MONEY ( for White Knight's benefit!)
As for going to the beach every day, Been there and done that in Bahrain and at my time of life would be terminally boring, but Yes when children of a certain age then it works fine,but it does have its' limitations over the years.
As you say getting the Cabin Crew must be an even bigger headache as there is always a high turnover to contend with which does not happen with Pilots.
If EK paid $12000 they would get some SQ Captains for sure, and probably CAL, maybe even a few from Cathay( just as Beer money!)
