TC is well known for taking all the credit for the success and evading responsibility for failure. Good results = TCTCTCTCTCTCTC; Bad results = Corona, china, recession, oil is cheap, oil is expensive, challenging macro environment, regulation, etc...
To him, the employees are just peasants that he uses to archive the highest bonus he can squeeze out of this desert.
But then again, didn't most expats come to dxb to get whatever they can out of this place and get the duck out?.. Why should he be any different.
