If he doesn't say it then it couldn't be making much difference. Calculation of Vspeeds? EFB does take more than half a dozen things in consideration while calculating. Airbus does progressively reduce the authority of NW steering to zero as speed increases. Airbus safety first magazine issue 11 tells you about minimum Control speed tests of A380.
