I’d say as soon as a NZ-Cook Island bubble opens both AirNZ and Jetstar will be flying there from AKL, WLG and CHC.
And both will do their damndest to shaft any start-up bu undercutting
They will fill the aircraft during school holiday times and will struggle off peak.
