Not a new problem, search "AERO TOXIC"....going back 30 years when I flew the Bae 146 it was an everyday event, also reported on 757s and other types using The Garret (Allied Signal) 150M APU, 146 had leaky seals in the compressor section which allowed ingestion of Mobil JET 2 synthetic lubricating oil, one of the ingredients is TCP, a known carcinogen....
