Is there any chance this might be to do with the fact that you didn't make the grade?. .Just to fill you in, no I'm not any of the 4 people employed to deal with customer complaints but then again I don't see what business of yours this is.. .. .Give Ryanair the credit this airline deserves, it wouldn't be where it is today had it been for tossers like you. Also, I don't see why the attitude of good money for hard work is anything to complain about.
