Work it out from your max sideways speeds,ie 15 kts =25ft/sec,;Radius of T/R,from M/R ==`X` FT,circum.==3.142x 2X.=Y.
divide `Y` by 25 -=`z` seconds...360 /z =ROT....SIMPLES!!
