I know what he said. So when a vaccine is available, he won't let you fly without it, but while there isn't one, he'll fly you anyway? So why bother waiting for a vaccine?
Why have special cheaters to places that already have daily services to Oz from HK, Middle East etc?
Because our government needs to be seen to be doing something?
