Course I didn't steal the cutlery you cretin! All tongue in cheek dear boy. However I did participate in malicious compliance and used far more fuel than necessary, far more expensive to the company than a few bits of crappy cutlery, yet all within the OMA. Pretty sure I wasn't the only one either, my only regret is that it wasn't very professional but I complied with OMA requirements while wasting shed loads of fuel and bringing a lovely fuzzy warm feeling.....
