Aerofoil. it is very simple:
Same plan, same procedures, same pay, same difficulty to get in.. at worst different flight times with the integrators, mainly nightwork. But then again a lot of directs and less hassle from self loading freight. But also a more strict delay policy than you will ever encounter at the pax side of flying!
