A court dismisses a case if it is without foundation, otherwise it hears a case and makes a judgement on the case beforehand. Sadly you don't believe in their right to even bring a case becasue it is the military.
Yes, I support the rule of law. So go ahead and sue. But I don’t have a lot of respect for those who place their comfort above the national interest.
