Wasn't this just a simple towing event , probably due to unfamiliarity with layout or confusion with line markings ? Not sure what the weather conditions at the time , or time of day.
AW139's have previously operated on that taxiway entrance for both the old operators for years , and the new operator since September/October , I understand all without incident. Aircraft appear to have been both towed and self taxi operated onto those spots in the past without any issues.
