You can of course carry the virus on your hands etc but you won’t be infected with it. That means that you won’t be spreading it by coughing, sneezing or talking which must reduce spread significantly. It also means that hospitals in Cyprus won’t be filled with tourists who acquire the virus whilst on holiday.
