If there is no sale of the company assets (Type Certificate) due to a lack of interest:
I would be concerned about resale value if I owned one of the type.
Has fatigue testing been completed to a reasonable flight hour/cycles/calendar event to allow on going use and later resale?
I recall that when GAF ceased Nomad production there was a 20 year spare parts guarantee including airworthiness?
