PNG isn’t really the “Land of the Unexpected”, if you know in advance that any plan, trip, normal social, or business, transaction will be fu*ked up by somebody not doing their job or doing it incorrectly or simply not turning up and that everything will all go to ****; then, is it really unexpected? The slogan really should be something along the lines of “PNG, Fu*cked Up and you’ve just got to laugh, or you’ll go insane”.
