EU-OPS Planning minima.
Can anyone clarify this..?
Selected destination alternate has a CAT I ILS therefore NPA minima apply at the planning stage. Is it acceptable to use LOC (GS Out) mins?
OM-A states that LOC only can be considered NPA, but I'm not sure if this is only applicable when deciding available approach, or can it also be used for 'next one up'?
