It's all good and well when your product doesn't attract much interest but if it does then when U2's record company find out their track was used without their expressed permission they will send in their lawyers who will look at the views and demand representative payment. If you don't comply they may well pin breach of piracy laws which are well enforced. There goes all that nice profit.
Much more likely and realistic that YouTube will just remove the audio from the video..
