I've started watching "bjorn pilot", an A330/350 Captain with SAS.
A lot of what he does is clearly filmed in the transatlantic cruise, in this recent one there is a scene (at about 8.00 mins) where both he and the guy in the right seat had blankets over them and are "resting" following some a viewing of the northern lights (with a song called "bad" by U2 playing in the background, which sings about being "wide awake", so he clearly has a sense of humour!)
On another one recently, he talks about increasing pax loads and the amount of freight they are carrying. On one 330 trip to SFO he shows a rear hold full of fresh salmon.
Not passing judgement on any of the above, by the way (I'm in no position to) but thought it was interesting.
