JetBlue keep suggesting that they could operate in to more than one London airport so STN and LGW make sense being on opposite sides of London, with their rail connections serving different sides of London. And regardless of what affect the virus has on business travel, the likes of Canary Wharf are always going to spur demand for business travel from STN. Let’s just hope JetBlue recognise this.
Canary Wharf is getting it's own Crossrail station direct to Heathrow. Business travel from Stansted is a fraction by % of LHR and LGW due to the dominance of Ryanair (not a criticism, I fly (flew!) with them often.)
JetBlue would be a good addition to both airports, good time to be a disruptor in market? Or possibly the worst if the big boys are in a fight for their own existence?
