Just keep at it. Get into a routine of testing your mind. It is natural aptitude however, and although I passed, I did read some books previous to it on how to 'think efficiently'. There are various books/workbooks on verbal and numerical reasoning out there. There are also plenty of practice sites.

The competiton unfortunately isn't going to get any easier with the current climate. Stay up to date with the industry and keep the faith is my advice.
