On January 01, 2015 the Official USD to TRY Exchange Rate:Close: 1 USD = 2.3331 TRY

Best: 1 USD = 2.3331 TRY

Worst: 1 USD = 2.3331 TRY

Yet you are rignt it is now 1 euro = 10 tl and not 1 usd.

I was partially right.
